If your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error, contact us within 48 business hours with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
For returns or exchanges, items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging within 14 days. A 10% restocking fee applies, and sale or discounted items are refunded to store credit only.
