Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the USA. Priority shipping is also available for $49.99. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery timelines depend on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 5–8 business days, while priority shipping delivers within 2–3 business days. International shipping times vary.
Can I cancel my order?
Because we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed — even if tracking hasn’t been provided yet. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may return it according to our return policy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies, and refunds are issued as store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the original item, we’ll issue store credit (minus the restocking fee) that you can use to place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, contact us within 48 business hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Saddle & Co leather goods are covered by a five-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. To file a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and photos.
