Returns & Exchanges Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item as a result of an error on our end, please contact us within 48 business hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or arrived damaged. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.

Please note: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and may only be returned for store credit, not a refund.


Exchanges

Exchanges are also accepted within 14 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued, which can then be used to place a new order for the desired item. This allows for a flexible and easy exchange process.


Order Cancellations

Please note that order processing begins immediately once an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations are not possible after the order has been confirmed, even if tracking information has not yet been provided. If the item is no longer needed, it may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
