At Saddle & Co., we craft every bag to become part of your story for decades, not seasons. That’s why the full-grain leather and every hand-stitched seam carry our Ten-Year Leather Warranty, while zippers, buckles, rivets, and handles are protected by a Five-Year Hardware & Craftsmanship Warranty.

If anything fails due to a manufacturing defect under normal use — a torn hide, a broken seam, or faulty hardware — we will repair or replace your bag at no cost to you, anytime within those periods.

The rich patina, soft creases, and unique markings that appear with time are the signature of genuine leather living well; they are never considered defects. Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized alterations falls outside the warranty.
